If you manage websites for clients, you know the reporting problem: clients want to see their numbers, but you don't want to give them full access to your account. Monthly PDF exports are slow and often ignored.
The better approach: read-only share links
AI Infos Web Statistics lets you generate a unique share link for each website. Anyone with the link views that site's analytics without an account. Optionally password-protect it so only the intended client can access it.
Setting up a client share link
- Go to Websites → [Client's Site] and open its settings
- Toggle Enable Public Dashboard
- Optionally set a password the client will use
- Copy the generated URL and send it to your client
What the client sees
The shared dashboard is fully interactive — clients can change time periods, click through tabs (pages, referrers, devices, locations), and see the real-time visitor count. They cannot add websites, change settings, or access billing.
For agencies: client reporting workflow
- Create one website entry per client
- Generate a share link for each (with a client-specific password)
- Send the link once in your onboarding email
- Enable weekly email reports so clients get a digest automatically
White-labelling
Since AI Infos Web Statistics is self-hosted, deploy it on your own domain (e.g. analytics.youragency.com) and brand it with your agency name. Clients see your branding, not a third-party tool.
