Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in fair billing. Cancel anytime, and we'll make it right if something goes wrong.

Cancel any time, no questions asked
Cancel from your billing settings. No phone calls, no retention flows. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions
If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Free Plan

The free plan has no payment associated with it. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Export & Delete.

2. Paid Subscriptions — Monthly Billing

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months on monthly plans, except within the 14-day guarantee window.
  • No refunds are issued for unused page view quota within a billing period.

3. Paid Subscriptions — Annual Billing

  • Annual plans may be cancelled at any time.
  • If cancelled within the first 14 days: full refund.
  • If cancelled after 14 days but before 6 months: pro-rata refund for remaining complete months.
  • No refund for cancellations after 6 months of an annual term.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We will issue a full refund if:

  • A technical issue on our side caused your data not to be recorded for a period exceeding 24 hours
  • We are required to issue a refund under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction
  • We discontinue the service (you'll receive at least 60 days' notice)

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at our contact form with your account email and the reason for your request. We process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work to resolve any billing issue promptly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. EU / UK Consumer Rights

If you are an EU or UK consumer (not purchasing for a business), you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, in addition to any rights above. This right may not apply if you have already used the service during this period.
